We have decided on the two-day park hopper. THANK YOU for your advice in previous threads. :goodvibes

Can you please help me put these in some sort of order?

This is a trip with just DH and myself.

California Adventure Must-Dos-

-Radiator Springs Racers - I read / know how to do the early FP - wide right ect.
-Soarin
-California Screamin
-Tower of Terror

Disneyland Must-Dos

- Alice in Wonderland

-Big Thunder Mountain

-Indiana Jones Adventure

-Pirates of the Caribbean

-Haunted Mansion

-Peter Pan's Flight

-Snow White

If Time:

-Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage

-Matterhorn Bobsleds

-Buzz Lightyear

We've done Toy Story enough w/the kids at WDW so no need this time :)

I would be SO grateful for any ideas!

TIA!!

You could easily do all these in one day thanks to FP. I do not know what days of the week you will be going, but try to avoid opening DL when it is a MM, same with DCA. The lines will already have some crowds. I'd open DL first if possible, we always find this more magical. You could start in Fantasyland. Head straight to PP, head to matterhorn, then circle back to alice then snow white, or really as long as the lines are super short the order isn't that important, as long as you do PP first as the line will grow :).Then head over to adventureland/new orleans square and FP BTMRR or Indy, and ride HM+Pirates while you wait for FP return. Then FP whichever you didn't previously. Theres a couple other rides in the area if you need to linger, and plenty to see and do. Nemo subs is currently under refurbishment, with an opening date of sept. 27. No idea when your trip is but keep that and any other refurb dates in mind. Buzz lightyear has a pretty short wait all day long, so i'd hit this whenever in the area. Easily you should be able to accomplish all of the above about 3 hours into park opening if during the busy season. I have no idea when your trip is, more specifics would be awesome. Last september we walked right onto Indy at 4pm, so the waits can largely vary. The estimated crowd level for that day was 1.1 :rotfl: For DCA, you don't have a lot on your list, and all 4 of those rides have FP, so you can fit those in whenever and however you like :)

THank you DHSbutcher!! :thumbsup2

It's Thursday and Friday of this week! Tomorrow and Friday! :) Didn't find out about this visit until very recently, but super excited! :cool1:

I would love to do DL first but we'll have to do DCA on Thursday, since we're staying at BW PP and don't have early entry for DL, which is Thursday. (we always stay onsite at WDW, go almost every spring break, and maximize EMH)

We were in DL and DCA in 2005, so it's been awhile.

Since we have to do DCA first, should we also try to get a RSR FP on Friday too, before we go to DL?

Thanks again!!

Thought of using RideMax? Nice for trips like this. We're going in August and can only do two day's, I've put together a pretty good itinerary, but it's doing a lot, so it's a busy schedule. I'd be happy to send it to you if you'd like, RideMax is only $15, well worth it for us.

Also, my suggestion would be to not do this. As RSR FP's can be available for at least an hour after opening, I'd do Fantasyland, specifically Peter Pan first on your DL day. If you don't, you can easily expect a 30-45 minute wait even 20 or 30 minutes after DL opens. Do Peterpan and some other Fantasyland rides with very little wait, then head over to DCA for your FP's. Just my pennies worth!

I second this! I'm a first-timer going next week (Thursday and Friday). I wanted to maximize my time and make sure I get a chance to ride everything I possibly can, as well as see shows and have nice meals.

It's been well worth the $15 for the subscription and I found that on both days, I have large blocks of "free time" - like upwards and over 2 hours - in each park so I can hop over to the other park and catch a show or parade, or even make a run at a couple of rides via the Single Rider line.
