Two CPAPs on Wonder?

I’ve put in the request for CPAPs on our reservation. But there was no way to indicate that we have two, although only one of us needs water.

Do we need to worry about having enough outlets? Having to stretch the CPAP cord across the bed to the other side seems like a losing proposition.

I haven't sailed on the Wish but on the Fantasy I was able to request and extension cord for my CPAP. It allowed me to run the cord under the bed to reach the other side. Possibly this might work for your second CPAP?

Does the request need to be made in advance? We’re first timers, so I’m assuming we’ll have a late time for embarkation day.

It was a number of years ago but I remember going to the Guest Services desk to pick it up. I don't believe I ordered it in advance but possibly someone else will share their experience.

My wife uses a machine and I'm trying to remember if there are outlets on both sides of the bed. I know there is an outlet on the side she sleeps on. My suggestion would be to call up DCL and let them know you will need an extension cord and they should provide one for you. We did this on one cruise (until we released that there was an outlet on her side of the bed). If you make the request and it is not in your room. Just go to guest services and request one and they will get one for you.

we have 2 cpap's and out first cruise was the wonder and 2nd was their sister ship . had no issues

If you need an extension cord you just pick it up, no reservations needed. They will have you sign a form stating it will be charged to your account if not returned the morning of debarkation.

In my experience there’s only an outlet on ONE side of the bed. If you watch any of the cabin tours on YT, they point it out.

We had to run an extension cord under the bed at one point because of where the outlet was located in relation to my "side" of the bed. Unfortunately, I can't remember which cruise that it was and what I did on the last one (which tells me I need to book another one! :P)

However, I would go ahead and make the request online and then confirm it closer to your cruise to cover all bases.

You can also request distilled water for the CPAP's and they will put a gallon of water in your state room. Log into your reservation and you can scroll down to Special requests. Click on Special requests and there will be a link to the Special services form. You will then click on Medical Equipment and you can click that you need Distilled water for your machine.
