1) I've heard you can get ice water in the parks at no charge. Is this true? And if so where? CS establishments? I don't suppose the vendor carts have them do though? So we'll have to get our snack from a vendor cart and then go to a CS place to get an ice water?

2) Same about fountain pop, only available at CS establishments? I have to have my Diet Coke and the bottle does just not give me the same happy feeling lol.

Yes, ice water is free but the carts usually only have bottled drinks. I've never seen a soda fountain or ice container attached to a cart. Usually just the snacks and bottled drinks (Easier to transport on a cart). So you'll have to find a CS for ice water and fountain drinks more than likely.

(I'm the same way - I don't do bottled or canned drinks if I can help it)

I have to caution you about the ice in the fountain drinks. If you don't like the taste of the tap water at WDW then you should stick to bottled soda. During our October trip I found that the ice smelled/tasted yucky (exactly like the tap water) and after it melted just a bit I couldn't stand to drink the soda anymore. Next trip I will be using the Brita sport bottle with the filter for the free ice water, or I will buy bottled soda. :)
