Two Bedroom Beach Club Villa avail. New Years' Week

I have a two bedroom unit at the Beach Club Villas reserved for 4 nights during New Years (Sunday 12/29 through, and including, Wednesday night 1/01/2003 - checking out on Thursday the 2nd). This was to be our first trip home, but we will not be able to make this trip. This reservation is for 180 points, a value of at least $1800. I will be willing to negotiate any reasonable offer. Not sure what the poster is saying. The points are always worth more like $12-15 each. NYE just makes them more valuable, not less.
