We close on our new contract on or before 5/11/16. We are wanting to book for early September. What are the chances of a two bedroom anywhere at 4 months before travel? Sept 5-17th. Prop split stay?

Very high for that time, esp at AKV, SSR & OKW. Just be ready to book when you can.

Be prepared to not have your member number and ability to book until the end of May, most likely 3 weeks after closing, at least that seems to be the trend from following the closing threads.

Thanks, ya thats why I added the "3-4" to the title. Im following the threads, but I'm HOPEFUL that its closer to 4 months out. Fingers and toes and eyes crossed

I'm waiting for closing docs too, supposed to close by 3/31, and hoping to book a 2 br for end of January, I'm thinking it won't be too hard from what I've heard. We are good with SSR or OKW
