Two American Girl ??s ~ Help please?

1) How does AG fit? Our 1st & only purchase for DD (a small 5t) was the basketball jersey in a 7 @ Christmas, & I just figured it would be OK with a long-sleeve tee underneath until she grew into it. It just fits over her tee & she’ll probably only be able to wear it this summer! Now, I need to go back & get the Jess set for girls before it’s gone, however I’m just a little worried about ordering a 7?


2) DD loves Molly’s glasses, so I was going to add a pair of round glasses to this order for her Jess ~ will they actually stay on her?

Any opinions/input greatly appreciated? Thanks so much!

My DD wears the Bitty Baby clothes and they run really small. My DD had to get a 4 when she was wearing a 3 in other clothing and she is average height but thin. She was wearing a 6x in Bitty Baby when she wore a 5 in other brands. She loves to dress like her dolls but I think I will wait until this summer when she can try the clothes on at the store.

Budget board has a lot of AG fans too.

Is Jesses dress still avilable? I thought all her stuff was gone on Jan 1st? I bought DD Jess and a few things. Part of me wishes I bought the outfit for DD, but I thought it would be so big anyway (she wears about size 5T now.) I love that outfit though.

BTW I have heard the new meet outfit for Niki isn't great for girls. It is very short and doesn't have shorts under it. A skort would of been a better choice.
