Hi all...
My husband 3 kids (9,9,1) and I are coming 11/1-11/9 and My brother and SIL just booked yesterday to join us! We already had our ADR's set for 5 and have been looking to change some to include my brother/SIL. I was successful in getting a few for 7 but others I was not able to. I was however able to get the exact same time for 2 people for a few of them! My question is, if we both have reservations at the same time, how likely is it that if we request tables near each other that it would happen? If we can't sit closely it's no big deal, but I'm curious.

TIA for any input!

When you check in at the podium ask the CM if you can be seated together. They will try their best to accommodate you, although it may mean a longer wait.

I agree -- meantime keep looking. I get last minute/later tries/ reservations all the time.

We tried that with 2 parties of 3 last fall. Some we were able to get changed to 6. For '50 Prime Time, we were able to see the other party but were not seated close, same with Cape May. At Rainforest (@ AK) they changed our ressie at the podium & we had to wait a little longer but got to sit together. No go at Biergarten...we were not even remotely close together. Never hurts to ask.
