48% of VGF Big Pine Key building sold in less than a year? Interesting. I hadn't been watching much about the sales recently but from other threads that is not what I expected to read.

The interesting piece for me is that was 27% sold after three months of sale and took another 7 months to sell another 20%.

So, it was extremely popular when it went on sale, but struggled after that…enough so that they now have it less expensive than RIV, which has reversed the trend in its favor.

Not atypical to have larger initial sales. And guides to play a part in what is purchased especially with the typical buyer on a trip having fun who hasn't done much or any research on DVC.
