Who do you follow? I'm new and could use tips

I follow a lot of people. I think it depends on what you are looking for on a Twitter feed. Do you want a lot of current events and politics then you could follow the major networks and their anchors. If they are on there you can follow bands. I follow Nickelback and Hinder, two of my faves. And there are tons of celebs to follow as well.

Here is a small listing of some that I follow.

I like news and current events music and also sone nerdy stuff. I'd like to find Alton brown. Ghost hunters myth busters talk soup tosh and some fluffy stupid celeb stuff. I like cold play dmb Jimmy buffett the roots glove

Now one thing I will tell you is this. When you search for celebs and you get a list of Twitter accounts...look for the one with a blue checkmark if there is one. That means the account is verfied and they are the celeb.

I have an account but I am not sure what to do with it. I follow a few people and things like the Today show.

I have several friends, LOVE my tweet buddies! I also follow my favorite celebrities and journalists. I love Twitter. I always find breaking news in tweet form before I see it on the news or anywhere else on the web. Its amazing.
