Where do you buy Twill tape? What is your favorite color to use? I need about 42 yards and I'm having trouble finding it at a reasonable price. TIA!

Hi Shawna

I haven't used it yet, but I've seen all kinds at BargainPack.com for about 60 cents/yard. I don't know if that's "reasonable" or not. Have you tried a fabric store? Or WalMart? Of course there you'll be very limited in colors etc and not find many/any of those cute ones with sayings on them.

I have never been to BargainPack.com. I will have to go and check it out.

You can also get plain (natural colored) twill in the bobbin ribbon display at Ms ($0.99 for one bobbin) - its about 1/2 inch wide - you can dye it, paint it or use rub-ons on it - FUN!

I got some at joanns in the sewing section. it was 1.14 for the pack. no idea how much is in the pack though. I was just excited to find twill. :) maggie

I have found it on a web site for $.38 a yard. I think that is a good price, so I ordered 42 yards today for a swap that I'm in on another board.
Thanks for all the help,
SHawna
