tomorrow night I am going to the twilight screening in the park with friends who have not seen the movie yet. I'm packing a picnic dinner, what should I bring? so far I have "blood" red velvet cupcakes.

Maybe some kind of cold pasta salad to mimic the mushroom raviloli?

Strawberries (was that Bella's shampoo smell?... I'm not too sure on that)

I like the idea of Purple Welches Grape juice.. has a nice, thick consistency to mimic blood.

Beer (cheers to Charlie and his constant beer in hand!)

I don't want to stop, but I go home in 20 minutes. I'm so glad I got past the language and continued reading. It's great.

So addictive, I read until 3am the first night I was reading it and had to get up for work at 6am.

I didn't tell him I read all the Mortal Instruments books this week and I think at least two of the Vampire Academy books...plus so many fanfics...

I need to go work on that tonight. And watch Austrailia. His quilt is also my excuse for not staying long at my brother's fiancee's college grad party tomorrow. At a indoor water park...with a taco bar...and we're supposed to bring board games...and meet the future in-laws in swimsuits...awkward...

I really want to get a photo of my parents fully dressed (no swimsuits there) meeting her swimsuited parents in front of the pool so she can scrapbook it forever..

For our party, I made cake that we renamed "Better Than a Vampire Bite Cake" (Previously was Better Than s-e-x Cake..we just wanted it to be called something closer to Vampire wording).

One of the other party gals made Bloody Bellas (Bloody Marys) which totally cracked me up.

Well, I guess i'll be reading a lot come June because I just got word from my union people that our school district will be forcing us to take 2 unpaid days where I will be sitting at home reading fan fics, lol. Being a teacher in Miami is not so great right now. No raises, no step increases and now no pay for two days. But I guess I need to be happy that I have a job.
