There is a trailer for True Blood on You Tube (search for it, it's like the first one). I think I'd like it, but my tolerance for sex and violence on TV is a little low, so I'm not sure. What's the show like? The Sopranos bothered me a bit when it was on HBO - I like that they cleaned it up a bit for A&E.

I'm reading Angels and Demons now but these books are next on my list. I'm dying to read them but wanted to read A&D before the movie came out.

I watched the first season and was covering my eyes but peeking through because there was a lot of sex in it, mostly on Sookie's brother storyline. It's a great show! I can't wait for next season!

you'd hate it then...and you might want to not read the books as well as there is even more sex and lots of kinky stuff in the series that's not even on the show!!! Personally I love it, but it sounds like the books and show are things you should probably pass on.

I emailed you my reply... good job! As I said.. I didn't really enjoy the Renesme character as much as other characters in the Twilight series.. the whole vibe of her just didn't fit in (FOR ME). But, the idea of her moving away from the expected role of Jacob's bride and into her own person could definitely shape up to be an interesting story. Well done!

So it will come out before 'New Moon', but it's still a long time to wait

I guess that's why there isn't much of a buzz for it yet

Love the Sookie series..have read all of the books and waiting patiently (not) for the next book to come out( Dead and Gone)..just one more day!!!
I also love True Blood on HBO...although its not is not quite the same as the book, still very enjoyable!!!! Also waiting patiently for the series to start again!!!
ps..i LOVE Eric!!!!!!!!!!!
