twilight/evening ticket?

Does anyone know if there is a twilight or evening discount ticket for Universal or Islands of Adventure? If so what is the cost? I couldn't find anything on the Universal website, but I saw some people mention it in a google searche, no prices though.

I've never heard of that for Universal.

The only thing I've heard of is an after 5:00 ticket to USF on Mardi Gras evenings. I don't know any details or if their even doing it this year.
