Tween dining at table service restaurant

I'm a little unclear on your chronology, but if at the time you ate at 50s, you in fact had a too many child credits and not enough adult credits on your account by mistake, that makes the server's error much more reasonable, as I expect she looked at the credit ratio and believed your daughter would be redeeming a child credit. A child credit cannot be redeemed for an adult meal. She would have no way of verifying that you paid the adult price for your daughter if it looked in the system as though you had child credits for her.
She told us this before she scanned our magic band or looked at our credits, we still had plenty of credits left at this stage regardless though as it was earlier in our trip. I did as everyone suggested and emailed Disney. They called me and wanted to further discuss the situation and get details. They took it very seriously, and assured me they had already pulled up our ADR and the CM would be retrained as well as Prime Time leadership spoken with to ensure this doesn't happen to anyone else. Very nice conversation and the CM who I spoke with took time to explain how the dining plan works, with split stays, etc. to me. I would now feel very comfortable booking the split stay again and using the dining plan again. I do appreciate how Disney takes feedback very seriously. I also got the opportunity to compliment a CM who was extremely helpful with our trip.
