Ok my DF has decided to buy instead of rent a tux and actually had already bought it when he recieved a email from the company saying it was on back order and they dont know when it will be coming in. So we are now on the search to find another tux which isnt easy since he is doing a Mandarin Tux. We have managed to locate quite a few online but they are all pure wool, so here is the question. We are getting married at the end of Sept. in the WP and having a intimate wedding so our reception is at the comanders terrace would pure wool be to hot during that time? I know its pretty warm.

September is pretty hot here in Orlando, so he'd probably be pretty miserable during the reception part. DH was hot in his suit (which was not cotton) when we got married in April, if that helps. I suppose your DF could always take the jacket off to get a little breathing room, then put it back on for the pictures.

It is definately hot in September here, and humid. It may be a pain, but I would try for anything but wool. Best of luck! :)

Thank you both. He had to call and cancel the order on the tux and had a chance to ask if wool would be to hot they suggested a tropical blend so that is now what we are on the hunt for spotted one we are both in love with just have to work on the $$ part. But at least a tux is cheaper than a wedding gown :)
