We liked Tutto better than Teppan. We all thought the portions were better - however, if you were talking about Tokyo Dining I would say it's a more even toss up.
I don't think it's right to judge the current Tutto based on a visit to the old restaurant that was in the same location, jmo.
The new Tutto is considerably better. I did like it better for dinner than for lunch. If you go, DO look for the pink olives they give you when you sit down. They were like no other olives I've ever had anywhere else. The new Via Napoli next door was pretty good too , but Tutto was better.
If you are looking at online menus, then you won't get the complete menu for Toky Dining; as they offer many fresh sushi choices. Sushi is basically always dependent upon what's available and fresh, so those offerings change. I'm guessing that's why they aren't posted online. I also noticed recently that many - most - restaurant online menus also skip many of the beverage choices. Oh, and one more thing, if you are loking at any signature locations, those menus really change seasonally.
