Tutto or Mama's

Currently have a confirmed adr for Mama Melrose's.

Seen mixed reviews for Mama's and I'm wondering if I should continue or stop my daily calls to get an adr for Tutto Italia in place of Mama Melrose.

It may be a moot point because I may not get an adr for Tutto.

We're going in December and it's our first trip!

Both are good but Tutto is definately much better in my opinion.

Mama Melrose was decent, but if you could change it definately change it for Tutto. You might get into Tutto if you try asking for a lunch.

Just got off the phone and did indeed get a lunch instead of a dinner for Tutto.

Which leads to the question...how long does it take to get from MK to Epcot? I got it for the day that I'm planning on going to MK which doesn't make alot of sense, I realized, after I hung up! :lol:

I think I might call back and see if I can get a lunch adr for the day I'm planning to go to HS instead.

Would try if you can to change it to the same day. It just makes it easier for you. Have a great time.

I think either will do. You can just hop the monorail to get over to Epcot from the MK, so it doesn't take too long. I would leave about a half hour travel time, which is about the same as I would leave to get from HS to Epcot as well. I think you made a good choice of switching Mama's to Tutto. Mama's is just okay, but Tutto's is excellent! Also, you may want to try calling back while you're down there for dinner because someone may cancel closer to the date you're going!

The more I think about it I think I'm going to keep it for the day we're planning to hit MK. It will be a good time to eat lunch, go back to our resort and rest up for the evening. We have an extra TS that we're trying to fill, maybe we'll do something for dinner at MK (if there's anything good and available!).

Crystal Palace is over at MK. So is the Plaza Restaurant. Crystal Palace is buffet with Pooh & Friends. Plaza is just sandwiches and the like, real simple, but real tasty, probably would be nice if you're doing a larger lunch. The only other TS in the MK is Tony's, but you're doing Italian for lunch, so I wouldn't recommend that. Other than those restaurants, the only other TS would be in the resorts or Cindy's which is a 2 credit (sounds like you're on the dining plan!)
