Tutto Italy or Biergarten Germany

If you had only 2 choices .. which would you choose and why? Assume that the prices are equal .. 3 adults, 2 very small kiddos ... and we all like German as well as Italian food.

i would select tutto as we have eaten at biergarten twice. and simply would like to try something different. plus, the second time we ate there we were not that pleased w/the food. it just wasn't as good as the first. also, keep in mind at the biergarten you could possibly be seated w/another family.
