I've had lunch here twice, most recently in December 2010. It was fairly quiet when we were there, so the atmosphere was pretty relaxed.
The food was really good. We ordered the Farfalle, which was bowtie pasta, Italian prosciutto, and peas in a Parmesan cream sauce. The cream sauce a hit heavier than I liked, but the flavor was good. We also had the Brasato de Manzo al Vino Rosso (red wine braised short ribs, mashed potatoes, and vegetables), which was really good. I would order this again without hesitation. We also had the Tagliatelle alla Bolognese and it must have also been good because my father ate the entire bowl.
My favorite reason to go to Tutto Italia is the desserts. They are wonderful. We had the Gianduja (chocolate tort cake), lemon sorbet, and the dessert trio (chocolate mousse cake, cannelloni, and tiramisu).
The food at Tutto's was all well prepared and the servers were very nice and attentive. I would not hesitate to return.
I posted pictures from the meal on the Food Picture thread:
