I have read a rumor that Tutto Italia is closing any truth to this ?
We made reservation for August.
Does anyone know?

Don't know about closing, but it's a great place to eat!

Tutto Italia is only a temporary restaurant to fill the Italy pavilion until the permanent restaurant could be put in place. As I can recall, the estimated time frame for it to be there is about a year. I think it opened last September and was supposed to be closed by the summer, so I don't know if it'll see August or not--I hope it works for you. You made a good choice (the veal ravioli is faboo!)

I have a reservation for May and I also keep hearing it is going to close. But, if they are still accepting reservations through August, will they really close it before then? What do they do in a case like this? All the people that made reservations are just out of luck?

I also heard that a new counter service restaurant will open before Tutto Italia closes, so there will always be a place to eat in Italy. Does anyone know if they have started working on the counter service restaurant?

Yesterday I made a reservation there for my May trip. I had a very friendly CM who was very informative and knowledgable. He told me all his favorite places and even recommeneded entrees. When I made the ADR for Tutto Italia the only comment he made was, 'excellent choice, that's one of my favorites and it's fairly new.' He also mentioned their fish entree being really good. He didn't say anything about it closing anytime soon.
