We ate at Alfredo's once and thought the food was awful. How does there new T.I compare. Is the food better? The menu looks yummy! Anyone eaten at both? Can you compare them?

I have eaten at both and liked Tutto much better. Not only the food, but also the overall atmosphere. When at Alfredo's I felt like the staff were constantly over my shoulder. At Tutto, it was more relaxed (only as they were not constantly bothering us).

I also think Tutto is much better. I really did not enjoy our meal at Alfredos a few years back but thought Tutto was one of the best meals of our last trip. Thought the service was much better at Tutto as well. We were not rushed at all. A very enjoyable meal!

I agree with the others. We ate at TI last night, as a matter of fact. ;) It was a nice meal, & as the others have said, we weren't rushed at all. I like the fact that Tutto Italia's food isn't as heavy as Alfredo's was. I can't say TI wowed us, but it was good, & IMO better than it's predecessor.

Our experience was just the opposite. We ate Alfredo's the month before it closed. The menu, service, and food was exquisite. An extremely positive experience. We ate at Tutto Italia over the Christmas/New Year holiday and were extremely disappointed in the quality of food and the service. I guess we could be a Pollyanna and rationalize that Alfredo's was going out at the top of their game while Tutto Italia could not keep up with the crowds at Christmas.

We did Alfredo's twice and both times thought the food was too heavy, rich and really not that good at all.

We have done Tutto's twice as well and both times thought the food was fantastic, lots of flavor and not too heavy.

Agreed with most everyone. We did Alfredo's twice and hated it. Only went back to Tutto because we wanted to sit outside and loved it. The lasagna was delicious, calamari done right, and I love the Cannelloni but be aware the menu changes seasonaly.

However if you really love great Italian food then try Il Mulino's a short walk over in the Swan.

Another fan of Tutto Italia here. We never did care for Alfredos, but love Tutto Italia. It is now a must for every trip. The salmon with lemon/capers appetizer, salmon with clams entree, and zabiglione with berries and chocolate are just wonderful. Although the salmon appetizer was not on the menu the last time we were there. The tomato and mozzarella and calamari appetizers were still good though.
