Tutto Italia V Mama Melrose?

Anyone have any recent reviews?! I like the look of the menu at Tutto's best, but am very swayed by the thoughts of the Fantasmic package at MM's! Is there much to pcik between them?

I was there in February. It was my first time eating there since it became Tutto Italia. I absolutely loved Alfredos!

I thought that it was okay. I had the canneloni al forno. It was bland. I make much better at home. My DH had the lasagna. Once again, my homemade is much better. The service was excellant, though. Our waiter was wonderful and the atmosphere was peaceful.

I doubt that I will be going back. The food just wasn't good enough for the cost. That is just my opinion. But I make really good Italian!

Ate lunch at Mama Melrose's last week and liked the appetizers and entree but the desserts were awful -- they were supposedly changing their dessert menu later in the week, so hopefully that has already improved!

Mama Melrose is better than Tutto, IMHO. I come from an Italian restaurant family, and so for us, Mama Melrose is a just a basic family restaurant, but Tutto is probably the most overpriced restaurant at WDW. We have experienced subpar food and service at both old Alfredo's and Tutto. It is so overrated!

If you are on DP, then I guess it won't matter, but if paying cash, I would definitely eat at Mama Melrose.

Ok 1st of all food taste is subjective, so here is what I have to say about Tutto, The good thing about Tutto is the servers are E Z on the eyes but the food is FLAVORLESS! Evan(DS3) & I ate at Tutto last year and I couldn’t eat it, The lasagna had no taste, they wanted 2 bring me another meal and it 2 was BLAND, the cheese sticks my son had were so bland that he didn’t even eat them! Needless to say I will not return, for those who will say that this is authentic Italian food really may not have ever had real Italian food, I just did not find that Tutto used the herbs and freshness that one would expect from real Italian food. I don’t think Giada is in the kitchen @ Tuttos. I have not been to Mama Melrose so I can’t speak on that! I would like to say that I know a little about food since I am a caterer
