Tutto Italia Ristorante Closing

Does anyone know when the Restaurant in Italy--Epoct--World showcase
will be closing for refurbashing? We will be there in Sept. and
was wanting to try to get ADRs. All Ears says:
Reopening in Fall 2008 after refurbashing.

Don't think anyone knows at this point.Disney dining said they never heard of anything.I hope it is open because I go in Sept ,and would love to eat ther since I never got to eat at Alfredos

I was able to make a reservation yesterday for the last week in August. I would hope that they wouldn't take reservations if they have a planned closing. I figure if they do close, they will call us to make other arrangements. I am hoping that we get to try it though!

I talked to a fabulous CM on the phone the other day. I was actually just making resort reservation, but she also does dining and I swear we mst have talked for and hour and a half.

She told me that at one time Tutto Italia was sceduled to be closed in the spring 08 to reopen for fall 08. Then the closing date was pushed back to summer. Then last she heard, they had pushed the close date back even more to Jan 09, however, it was then taken off the official lists of closings and itsnt mentioned at all now. She said she still expects it to close and that the word of mouth is still sometime in 09, but nothing official anymore.

I know CM info isnt always correct, but she was so right on with all her other info and really seemed into the dining experience. I wish i could remember her name.

It's not listed on the Disney closing/rehab board at all. We have lunch reservations there the last week in June.

I hope it doesn't close soon. We have dinner reservations in June.

Last year we had reservations at Teppenaki, and they eventually called us to tell us that they would be closed. Being a good DISer, I already knew.
