Tutto Italia - review with photos

We have a lot of excellent Italian restaurants at home and with the prices I've seen, I doubt we'll be trying this restaurant.

Still, I am very curious about the $69 meal. I'd love to know what you get that justifies that kind of pricing.

I'm so glad you had a great meal at Tutto Italia! We did, too, two weeks ago, and it seemed like all I heard around that time was negative reviews. My DH got the red snapper you did and just raved about it. He is a pasta guy all the way, so his choice surprised me, but he loved it so much, he didn't even beg for my lasagne (I had to share anyway, since I got full, but still!)

What's been interesting is that a lot of the negative reviews have been reaction to the price of the restaurant $$$, not the actual food. alot of them were from dissers who haven't even eaten there. Just a reaction to the $12 canoli

Does anyone know if they accept the Disney Dining Experience?

Did I see 2 on the plate for the $12?

Did you see anyone eating the $69.00 meal?

Were you on a DDP or DDE ?

Were kids behaving?

There were two canoli, and they would have served both of us nicely/

I did not see anything that looked like the $69 per person family platter.

We were on DDP. I was surprised that it was just one TS meal.

The children we saw were behaving. I saw bowls of plain pasta (which our DD used to love) and attention from the wait staff. One server took a liking to the baby at her table (about 10 months old) and carried the child around to meet other servers. The servers were very good with children, and the place had a relaxed, family atmosphere typical of a restaurant in Italy. We were there on a Sunday evening, until about 9:30 or 10, so there may not have been as many children as other times.

Does anyone know if they accept the Disney Dining Experience?

I checked with Disney Dining today and answered my own question. They DO accept the DDE card! With those prices for pasta it's a good thing!
