Tutto Italia Question

Hey, guys. I've lurked here a while, but never posted before. Anyway, I'm heading down to the World in a couple of days with reservations to Tutto Italia in my pocket. I was really looking forward to the Sacchetti, but when I checked the menu, it appears to have been removed. Someone please tell me this is a mistake! Has anyone eaten there recently and can confirm this?

We haven't been there yet -- we have reservations later this month. My understanding is that this restaurant is one of those that has an executive chef/chef de cuisine on premises, and so menus change and vary over time, as a reflection of the chef's artistry. So I would expect that the menu we're provided during our visit would reflect that.

Am I mistaken? I was kind-of hoping to get in at least one or two restaurant meals that weren't among those where the menu was set by corporate, and therefore remained static for months on end.

Just back last night and no Sachetti. It was the only thing on the menu that my 10 y/o would eat so it was a lil disappointing, but they will accomodate if you have a picky eater (i.e. plain noodles w/butter, etc.) But, Tutto overall was very good and wouldn't hesitate on going there again.

We thought this restaurant was outstanding in service and our food choice. Hubby and I both had the beef entree and the meat melted in our mouths.....delicious and service like I said was unbelievable....
I looked at some of the plates on a nearby table and the pasta selections looked really good

Was there last year and both my wife and I ended up with food poisioning. Way too sick to travel forced to change flights and spent an extra day locked in the bathroom. Thought it was our bad luck but, upon arriving home learned form neighbors they had family members also get sick eating there just a month before.

No Saccheti.. I was looking forward to it too but LOVED everything we had. I had the Caserecci instead.... pasta with a sausage ragu and parmesan cheese. We loved it so much we actually changed a ressie and ate there twice.
