Tutto Italia....Pros?? Cons??

Does anyone think it's any better or different from the last incarnation. I wasn't a huge fan of the last restaurant, and wonder if it's worth giving this one a shot.

ABSOUTELY ! Go and give it a try. We went in April and it was great. I think it is so much better than Alfreado's.

IMHO,

Pro's: Lovely dining room, very nice service, "upscale" ambiance, yummy desserts:thumbsup2

Cons: When we went the food was just okay - not bad but just okay. We enjoy Italian food and have many fantastic restaurants in the Boston/RI area and these entrees (the night we went) were not as good. Maybe just an off night?

(...putting on my flame-proof suit now) I think if it is an out-of-pocket expense, it is overpriced for the quality. If you have the dining plan, I think it's worth it. For the overall experience I would go for it. Lots of people love it.

I would love to return and sit outside for drinks and dessert.

Oh, I SO AGREE! When we were leaving it was right at sunset and they had these little candles on the tables outside. I could have sat out there all evening drinking coffee, eating dessert, and relaxing. I will definitely be back to do this (well, not ALL evening. It is Disney World after all and I think eventually the server would start spitting in my coffee :) ).

I am :rotfl2: at the guy eating your clams!

We loved it last summer. The tables were more "open" in our opinion. We are a party of 6 and used to be shoved in that back room or into a corner- this time we had a table front and center. Really a very nice table.

The food was delicious- and yes expensive. But I loved our waiter. He was so attentive and friendly and great with the kids! The food is more Northern Italian I would say. But comparing the 2 to me Tutto is way better on the food front than Alfredo was.

....ITA...

My parents ate at Tutto in Dec. They said the food was ok, portions were not large and waaaay over priced for what you get. They live in NY and have many great italian restaurants, so this place was a let downfor them.

...yup. When one lives in the Tri-state area (NY/NJ/CT) they tend to get spoiled.....;)

I refuse to pay their incredibly inflated prices for pasta, which is essentially flour and water.

We miss Alfredo's.

We didn't find any cons at all. The food and wine pairings were excellent, service was outstanding, although our server was about to return to Italy the week after we dined. Will definately go back.
