Tutto Italia or Nine Dragons for Dinner?

I am especially interested in knowing which one has the best food quality, although I have not been to either, so information on atmosphere is appreciated, too!

I vote Tuttu Italia. I have been once and thought that the food was very good. The service was ok but the food was very yummy. We are planning on going this next trip too..

Either one would be fine.
I like 9D. However you could probably get just a good, if not better, of a meal at PF Chang's. Although I LOVE their Chai ice tea.
I have never had a bad meal or service at either.
