Tutto Italia - Family Table Option on DDP?

Has anyone experienced the Tutto Italia's "Family Table" (family style platters) and utilized the dining plan with this menu option?

Although we didn't order it, we were told that we could when we dined there last month on the DDP.

But we all preferred making our own choices instead. It might seem like a great deal on the DDP since the price is so high but.......
