Tutto Italia - Bucatini Gratinati

Last year when I went to TI, I had the bucatini gratinati. It had a very thick cream sauce and melted cheese on top, a little bit golden. It was very good and very rich.

I've seen some pics since then that people have shared, identifying it as the same thing, but it looks different - different noodles, thinner sauce. I was wondering if it has been changed or if just depends on the day you go. (Or maybe they misidentified it???) Anyone know?

I haven't been there since Jan 08 when I had that same dish. I saw a post where someone had taken a picture of the Tutto Italia menu and it looks like they changed the pasta to farfalle (bowties) instead of bucatini. The ingredients look the same though. Maybe they thinned out the sauce since it was so heavy before?
