I was wondering if anyone has eaten here? i guess its a new restaurant???:confused3

What did you think of it ? food? prices?
Do they give you good size portions?

We have reservations for a trip in sept. and its my inlaws
30th anniversary this is where they want to eat, but we want to do something special also, any ideas for while we are there??

thanks for your help:goodvibes

Ate here in April. Food was great. Portions were perfect a size. We ate outside which was really nice to.
As for as the price we were on the Platimun Plan.

Here is a link to the Tutto Italia menu. I think it is pricey, for lunch the entrees range from $15 to $28

There are pictures of the interior and some food pics too. Let us know how you like it :thumbsup2

I've heard good things about TI. Unfortunately the days I checked for our upcoming trip 9/1 to 9/11, there hasn't been any availability.

I think it depends on what you order and who your waiter is. I went for dinner the first time this past Dec and loved it. I had fantastic food and excellent service. I ordered a fish with clams entree and the chef himself bought it out, told me it his specialty, waited while I tasted it, and then asked if I wanted more pepper on it and proceeded to add it himself. He was so sweet! The waiter was also very attentive. I had a lemon, caper, salmon appetizer that I am still drooling over and their delicious zabilogne dessert. Everything was sooo good. It was the best meal of my trip and that included the meals I had a few nights later at Le Cellier and Jiko. The people next to me was also raving over their pasta dishes.

I went again this past May for lunch and was not as impressed. The ham/melon appetizer I got was not good at all (meat very fatty and melon very dry, without any taste), the entree (crabmeat with some kind of pasta and basil) was tasteless, but again the dessert (ricotta cake) was delicious. My waiter was almost nonexistent, but then came up (just as another waitress was delivering my dessert) to ask how I was going to pay his tip. I gave him a nominal tip, but then handed the waitress who had actually been taking care of me a $20.00 bill as I walked out (she was standing right beside him at the time:rotfl: ).

We're eating there again in Sept. The desserts alone are worth going there, but I'll probably order the same meal that I did in December.

I'm going to try it in December for the first time. Hoping its good. :goodvibes

I spent a lot of time in Italy last summer and found the same to be true. They always serve a lot of prosuitto with melon. The proscuitto is always much more fatty and dry. It is a cured pork, not regular ham.

DH and I ate there in April and it was out of this world. I have a ton of pics and full review in my signature

We've dined there 4 times now and all of our meals have been great. My DIL had one entree that I don't think she'd order again but that can happen anywhere. It just wasn't her cup of tea.

Service was great 3 times and very good but with sort of a funny attitude another. Not bad attitude just a bit off. Hard to describe. Anyway, we had that young man a second time and he was great.

Proscuitto is dry, salty and rather fatty. It just isn't to my taste anywhere. My DH loves it and enjoys Tutto's version.

This review makes me very happy.
I had reservations at Ton's on our MK day but now we have decided to get Park hopper passes so I went ahead and changed the ressie to Tutto (just a monorail ride away) I know dw will enjoy the setting much better and hopefully she will enjoy the food as much.
Thanks for the information!

Skysdad, it is actually 2 monorails and a hefty hike away to get to Epcot Tutto Italia form the MK. It would be less travel (and probably faster) to take a resort bus to the BC then enter Epcot through the International Gateway.

The monorail is a lovely view and we do enjoy taking it from MK, but do allow 1-1.5 hours to get to Tutto from MK.

I hope yuo have a wonderful dinner and can't wait to hear how you like it:thumbsup2

We ate there this past Sept when they first opened.
We all LOVED the food. I had the best lasagne..dh had an awesome pasta dish, the salads were fresh and yummy. And we had some very nice wine.;)
The cannolis for desert were also fabulous! Our kids also loved their pasta.
The service was excellent.
We were on the dining plan so cost wasn't a factor for us. I do remember it being crazy expensive.

Yeah! I'm so glad to hear the good reviews. Yesterday I booked lunch dinner here for our trip next month!:woohoo:

Ate there twice last week and both times were wonderful. Got the Prosciutto di Parma and Lasagna both times and they were wonderful. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Also Happy to hear these good reviews.
We are going in Dec. and have a Candlelight Processional reservation at Tutto.
We are on the DDP, so price is not an issue.
Cannot wait!
