We have always gone to Le Cellier, and I'm just ready for a new experience.pixiedust: ...My DD loves steak, but is open minded.

Has anyone been to both?

What is your preference, and why? Thanks in advance DISers!:hippie:

We just ate at Tutta in April. We ate outside. It was so nice food & service was great. Eating there again in August!

I've not tried Chef's, but Tutto was the best meal of our trip! :goodvibes

Dinner was better at Chefs de France, but my dessert at Tutto Italia was to die for!

If you end up going to Tutto Italia, save room for Zuppa Inglese!

We have heard nothing but great things about both restaurants. We're trying Chefs De France in October and very well might try Tutto Italia as well that trip.

DH and I did both in April, tons of pics and reviews are in my signature....

We loved them both but I would have to pick Chefs...omigod it was to die for....but so wasnt Tutto :goodvibes

Hands down Chefs de France. Ate at Tutto a few years ago when we were OOP and thought it was an awful lot of $$$ for a bowl of pasta! Besides, living in Chicago area and working near "Little Italy" Italian is a cuisine that is familiar and readily available to us at all times.

We tried Chefs last week for the first time and loved, loved, loved it! We had a wonderful meal and the sweetest waiter, Remy ... it was his first day and because we had early lunch reservations we were his first guests! Will go there again and again!

We are eating at both for the first time on our upcoming Dec. trip and I am very excited.

I had late 8pm ressie at Coral Reef but instead just changed it today to a 6:30 at Tutto so we can see Illuminations.
I am really excited to try Chefs de France for the first time also.

We like Chefs better than Tutto. Didnt think it was anything too special and it was overpriced

Tutto has now become a family favorite and tremendous "bang for the buck" if you're on DDP. We even enjoyed it as Alfredo's.

It's a very different experience from Le Cellier - ideally you can try both.

DS's birthday was celebrated at Tutto this past January and boy, did they do it up for him in classic Italian style.

Chefs is one of our ADR's we've added for our August trip because we did lunch many years ago and we're due a visit.

All my opinions aside, there are many here who don't like Tutto and find it pricey and pretentious. But, hey, if DS and DD - 16 and 12 insist we go and I am still drooling thinking about it - it is a choice that works for us!!!

So collect the opinions here and decide for yourselves and let us know what YOU think!!!:wizard:

I don't think the food at Tutto is worth the money they charge. They are way overpriced compared to other places. If you have the dining plan then by all means use it for Tutto but I would never pay out of pocket to eat there.

We love chefs but ate at Tutto this june. after LeCellier it is now our fav WS restaurant. Only thing it is a bit pricier so i am not sure if you are on DDP or possibly to mind the cost? Either way it is a great meal and the ambience is lovely.

Thank you all soooooooooooooo much for all the helpful thoughts!!!!

Because another post said ressies will be cancelled if you have 2 for the same meal, (even though mine were hours apart,) I made one for lunch at Chefs and Dinner at Tutta....And yes, we are using DDP, otherwise I don't think I would be considering Tutta: in NYC we get GREATItalian food w/o paying a fortune. :cloud9:
