On my chosen AK day we are planning a 9:20 breakfast at Tusker House. As it stands there is EMH from 8-9. What are the odds I can use the EMH to do Pandora FOP and Na'vi before my scheduled ADR?

IF you are at the very beginning of the RD crowd, (arrive at RD at 0715 - NO LATER)
you would be able to experience FoP first and be done by 8:30 ish. Check the line at NR, or better yet get an early fast pass for this. If the line is less than 30 minutes, I think you'll be fine. You should be ok.

As PP stated, get there early to be at the front of the lines. You should ride FOP first, then bounce over to NRJ. No FP required; save them for other rides, or a second FOP ride.

Thanks for the replies. All my research on this seems to pay off in my mindset. Execution is yet to be determined. LOL. But that was kind of my plan, FOP first, walk on NR, have breakfast, then start my scheduled FP usage.
