Tusker House timing concerns

Decided to add a Tusker breakfast to the end of our trip, I made it for 10:15 thinking that we didn't want to get up too early and we wanted the meal to serve as more of a brunch. But now I'm a little concerned as I'm reading that it can take a while to be seated there. Since breakfast ends at 11, is there a risk that we could miss the characters? And will the breakfast food be kind of cold and leftover-ish? If yes, I'm thinking I should move up our time...as of this morning they still had 10 and 9:35 I think. TIA!

Sorry I cant help with the timing? But if you dont mind my asking, how far out is your trip? Im trying to book Tusker for breakfast at the end of August and am having no luck!

I'm afraid there's quite a difference, we're going the last week in January, but keep trying - you never know when someone will cancel!
