Tusker House Reservation Before ETPE

I’m looking at breakfast reservations for an upcoming trip. I noticed a reservation at Tusker House for 8:10am. According to the park calendar, Animal Kingdom is opening for early park entry at 8:30am on this day. How does that work? Are they letting guests with a breakfast reservation in prior to ETPE?

Guests will be granted access into the park prior to official ETPE and will be held in specific locations. If you have an ADR prior to ETPE, you will be able to get to Tusker House in time for your ADR.

Also keep an eye on that AK opening time. I wouldn't be surprised if ETPE gets moved to 730 or 8.

This is what I’m thinking. I’ve done plenty of ETPE at Animal Kingdom and have never noticed anyone being let in a half hour before.
