What're your experiences here? Which would you say is better? Both are covered by CS meals on the DDP. Would be interested to hear which you think has better food!
I like Flame Tree better overall. The ribs are tasty and the onion rings are sooo good. Tusker house is good too though;it depends what you are in the mood for. BBQ? Go to Flame Tree- chicken or salmon- (something healthier)- go to Tusker. Both have great portion sizes.

I'm of no use as we love them both! Tusker House has great salmon and the turkey wrap with corn chowder is incredible! You know the soup is good when three kids ask for a side of it. Flame tree has great bbq. So I guess it can be summed up in the following manner: Flame Tree for BBQ and Tusker for a 'meal.' Hope this helped.
Both my BBQ chicken and my son's ribs were dry when we ate at Flame Tree a year ago. I had a good chicken salad at Tusker House, but I still favor Pizzafari - which you didn't ask about. Their hot Italian deli sandwich is very good.
Slow service, bad (really bad) food - except for the onion rings and the birds. The birds alone were enough to make us never go to Flame Tree again, even if we had enjoyed the food.
We really like Tusker House, and it has indoor seating - no birds!
We also had a horrible meal at FT last May. The ribs were dry and nasty. DS19 was the only one who enjoyed his meal. He had some kind of chicken sandwich that is no longer on the menu. This year we're trying TH.

I'm lactose intolerant, which is why I avoid the pizza-places. But you say they have deli sandwiches that are pretty good, huh? I don't suppose Animal Kingdom has one of those turkey leg carts :9
My favorite of the two USED to be FTB, but on our last trip this past Feb we ate at Tusker House, and it was terrific! So, that is now our new favorite of the two. Yummy!!!!
