Tusker House lunch

I've eaten at Tusker House for breakfast before and loved it. I just made an ADR for Tusker House based solely on the pics I've seen here. Smart move, or will I be disappointed?

Food very similar to Boma. We really enjoyed it.

Yay! So far, positive feedback. The fact that it looked similar to Boma's offerings is something that was so appealing to me.

I haven't eaten at Tusker House since it was a CS dining location. I am very excited to try it for lunch on our Jan trip. It seems as though there have been quite a few very positive reviews here on the boards.

We ate there last month and loved it. Great selection and really good food. There's an added bonus if you eat there between 1:00 and 1:40 - just read this on Allears:

Tusker House (Animal Kingdom) Lunch to offer reserved seating for Finding Nemo - The Musical! Beginning December 1st, anyone booked for lunch at Tusker House between 1:00pm and 1:40pm will receive a ticket for reserved seating at the Finding Nemo 3:15pm show. If you are already booked during that time frame you will qualify for the reserved seating ticket. Only reservations between 1:00pm and 1:40pm qualify. One ticker per person dining.

We just booked this for January 1st based on the above info. I'm glad also to hear good reviews as we've never even seen that place let alone eaten there and for 20+$ a pop for lunch I'm hoping its great. This will also be our first time seeing the Nemo show.

Tusker house is a terrific lunch buffet. Many of the selections are right from the Boma menu. The quality of the food is excellent, the service is good, and the one time I ate there it was not very crowded at all.

I think you will be very happy at Tusker House for lunch. I certainly am.

I'll be going back myself on Dec 11...
