Tusker House Lunch Buffet

Can anyone comment on the lunch buffet at Tusker House. I understand you can reserve seats for Finding Nemo-The Musical. Are the seats all in the same section like they do for the Fantasmic dinner package? Is it worth it?

I was pleasantly suprised with the lunch buffet. I really liked the CS at tusker house before it changed, so it was nice that they had some of the same things I really enjoyed, like the rotisserie chicken. The carving station stuff was really good; overall it was better than I was expecting. we didn't do the nemo thing so I can't comment on that.

For us the tickets were a non-issue as we were going at a time of year where the theater was at 1/2 or less capacity so maybe someone else could answer that better.

Is it only for lunch, or can you get seats with breakfast too?

I'd probably go for the lunch.

Biggest reasons are logistical and timing, which may or may not apply to you.

I don't rent a car, so getting from another resort to Animal Kingdom Lodge for breakfast is a bit of a challenge. Basically, you have to bus to a park (like Animal Kingdom) and then take the bus there to AKL. If you have a car, that's not really a huge decision making concern. If you're staying at AKL, I'd do an earlier breakfast at Boma so you can get going to a park.

But if you're enjoying Animal Kingdom at rope drop (or near) you're going to have to leave to go to your late breakfast. Not a really something I'm usually interested in doing. If you're not 'up and at em' people, then this may not be a huge concern, if you're not interested in touring AK first thing in the morning.
