Tusker House.....how exotic?

For those who do the "brunch", How do they decide which rate to charge you? Is it based on your reservation time, or the time you actually check in to the restaurant? I was just able to make a 10:50am breakfast reservation, with plans to enjoy both menus but pay the lower breakfast price. There's a chance that we might not make it there by 10:50 though. We have a Kilimanjaro Safari Fast Pass window that starts at 10:20. We plan to check into the Fast Pass line at 10:15. Depending on how long the wait is for Fast Pass, and whether or not any animals cause our vehicle to stop for a while, we might not finish the Safari in time to be at Tusker House by exactly 10:50. If we get there at 11:01, will they charge us the lunch price instead of the breakfast price? I really do hope the timing works out for us to not be late, because I'm looking forward to enjoying food from both the breakfast and lunch menus.
