Tusker House for dinner?

My husband and I are just about done planning our meals while in Disney Jan. 17-22. We are planning to spend the afternoon & extended hours in the evening at Animal Kingdom on 1/21. What can you tell me about Tusker House for dinner? I checked the menu at Boma as our other option, but I don't think it quite appealed to my husbands palate.

I have read reviews that have said TH is very similar to Boma....so we will not be trying it. We did Boma in Oct and the food did not appeal to us at all.

Tusker House is sometimes referred to as "Boma Lite". We ate there for dinner this summer. I know many people like it there, but the flavors did not appeal to anyone in our party. We are not picky eaters either and like a variety of different cuisines, but it just didn't work for us.

We love Tusker, still don't get the 'boma lite' thing. Nothing 'lite' about it, it stands on its own, and to me there is something wonderful for everyone there.

oh, yes you will!

Either breakfast or dinner it's a wonderful and different choice of foods, but still something for everyone.

I am going in January as well, we booked dinner at Boma instead of Tusker House so that we can check out AKL.
