Tusker House donalds Breakfast

I was just wondering if you thought 'Donalds Breakfast' at Tusker House would be okay for 2 adults without children? Or do you think it isn't worth it without children? We have done Chef Mickey's before and really enjoyed it and got some good photos for the album with Mickey etc.

My thinking is to do the breakfast at say 8ish and then be at rope drop for 9am to do the Safari (I don't want to ride EE so I thought this might be a good strategy)?

Sorry, I probably shouldn't answer cause I haven't eaten at Tusker House since it went Character/TS but I read wonderful things about it in all the dining reviews. That it is set up well and the food was good! I don't really think I've heard any negatives ... except have the CM take a picture with your own camera when they take the "Tusker House" picture before you go in to eat ... they all mention the picture is expensive ...

I think if you enjoyed Chef Mickey ... you will enjoy this. And going to the Safari which is RIGHT THERE next to Tusker House is an excellent idea!

DH and I ate here for the first time at Christmas. We kinda thought the same thing with getting into the park early (which worked nicely by the way). We love this breakfast. We thought they had a great selection and the atmosphere was fun. We generally like 1900 Park Faire and Chef Mickey's, but when we went at Christmas, 1900 was not good at all. We're not even going there this trip, but we are going to Tusker House. Have a great trip!

Not to hijack, but can anyone add the characters that may be there? We have ADRs. I have heard is Donald and friends. I know they may change, but we're just curious! TIA

my husband and I had breakfast here last December and thought it was very good and the character interaction was great!!! if we were able to get ADRs here again for our trip in september we'd definitely be there!!!! the characters that were there in december were donald, goofy, daisy and mickey. have a great time!!!

Definately do it! You will enjoy it!

Donald, goofy, daisy and mickey - can't wait. We might not have any kids with us, but really I think I'm just a big kid!
