Tusker House closes Earlier

During our trip this past August I wanted to try the new AK meal deal and eat at our favorite AK restaurant. We also planned on catching the parade the same day. We arrived at the park in the afternoon and headed back to Tusker House for a late lunch, only to find out that they had already closed for the day! This was about 3:30pm and the CM we asked said this was their regular schedule. I was very dissapointed. We hiked up to Flame tree BBQ instead, which was ok.

I wanted to warn anyone who was going to eat here to do so early! I don't know if this is a new closing time or if I just never noticed before. AK didn't close until 6pm that day.

Just bumping for the weekday crowd. Can you tell I'm still disapointed.

We were surprised by this just a few weeks ago, too.

Another day we tried going to Columbia Harbor House around 5 p.m. on a day when MK closed at 6 p.m. only to find it already closed. I think El Pirata y el Perico closes before the park does too.
