Tusker House Characters at Dinner?

I thought the characters were only there for breakfast and maybe lunch, but the way I'm reading the WDW website sounds like they are there for all meals now? I usually only go for breakfast, but I'd go for dinner if I know Donald and pals will be there! Let me know -- I know you guys will know the official word. Thanks!

I've been researching that character breakfast too and allears mentions that the characters are also there for lunch and dinner

They were there when I went in May of last year!

We just did Tusker House dinner last week and Mickey, Donald, Daisy and Goofy were there.

Back when we went in 2010, it was only breakfast, but at some point they were added for all meals since that was the main draw for Tusker. We dined there in December 2017 for dinner and had Donald, Daisy, Mickey and Goofy.
