rose & crown (never been)

help! i would like to book soon. any suggestions would be great and what you liked to get there.

Tusker House was great when we had breakfast there. Food was very good and character interaction was fun. DD 4 really enjoyed it.

I have only been to Crystal Palace for dinner but have heard good things about breakfast. Mama Melrose was fine when we had dinner there - nothing special but everything was good.

The food is probably the same at the Tusker House character breakfast as it was at the Breakfastosaurus last year before it moved. If it is it was excellent. Ask for the server Neil from NY if you can at Tusker House breakfast he is probably the best server in all of Disney in our opinion and has my kids talking about that meal still now almost a year later and all the fun we had. I think you'll have a great time there!! We're going there ourselves again in two weeks and my kids can't wait!! :thumbsup2 :cool1:

We were just there. My DD13's favorite breakfast was at Donald's in AK. She loved it. It was very good, I have to agree.

We also did 1900 Park Fare for dinner on our last full night and it was great. Will do that every trip.

CP breakfast we did and it was very good. they have a make your own omelet section. it was a nice change of pace from the other breakfast buffets. Very fun characters, too.

With regards to Epcot, I would do Coral Reef. We did CR and Le Cellier. Le Cellier was a BIG disappointment. It was bad. CR was very good and the atmosphere with the fish tank is not to be missed. We loved it and so did the kids.

Hope that helps.

We ate at the Tusker House in January. We were on the Deluxe Dining Plan and tried many of the character breakfasts. This is one of our favorites! It was very, very good! Charming decor and fun characters. Teh fun was excellent. As timing worked out, we ended up with a front spot in line for the Safari- this was completely unplanned, but will ALWAYS be planned for future visits.

We ate here the day after Easter and it was fantastic. They had the usual suspects...Mickey waffles, bacon, eggs, and such. But they had some wonderful breads, quiches, potatoes, and a lots of fresh fruit and grains. There was lots more I could have eaten but I got full too fast!! Go slow!!

OH and the juice is very good too!

The characters were awesome too!

I think you'll like it if you like characters.

We went to the breakfast this past Jan. We had a great time! We usually like to go to the CP character breakfast, but we wanted to try out Tusker House, since it is new and especially since Daisy Duck is there. We were not disappointed! The food was delicious, service was excellent, and the character interaction was great! We would not hesitate to return!

The characters that were there were: Daisy Duck, Donald Duck, Mickey Mouse, and Goofy.
