We tried the new Tusker House Buffet on Saturday night and loved it! I was afraid that it would be a repeat of Boma, but it was really very different. The food had more of an Indian touch than African. There were some similar dishes, so I might space them out a bit more (we had eaten at Boma the night before).
If your whole family is a "meat and potatoes" type than this might not appeal, but for the more adventurous diner (and not too adventurous...the one or two picky eaters in your family could find plenty to choose from) this is a great choice.
We loved the chicken curry, the hummus, the cous cous, the babaganoush, the sliced prime rib, sliced pork loin, and the samosas, etc. The place wasn't very full (6:30pm ressies) and the park was really emptying out by the time we left. However, it was a really good meal.....can't wait to try it again!
