Tusker House Buffet Breakfast/Lunch Transition

There is a 10:25 ressie available. Will breakfast food be fresh or will we only get the remnents?? Will they then allow us to stay for the lunch as well? On WDW site it shows breakfast until 10:55 and lunch starting at 11:05. I think this might be a great way to be able to try a little of both foods there. As anyone experienced this?

So, I called and spoke with a CM and was told that since there is a price change at lunch time, if you go in for breakfast, you're only allowed to eat breakfast food??? She said that they will keep replenishing the breakfast food if people are still eating it and they wont kick you out when lunch starts???? This doesnt sound quite right, I'm going to call again and see what info I get this time
