Tusker House has one character meal which is Donald's Breakfast Safari.
Princess Storybook Dining at Restaurant Akershus is ALL 3 MEALS!!! It also includes a photo package, while at Tusker House you pay extra for it.

This is incorrect. I know for a fact Norway offers character dining with the princesses for all 3 meals. Tusker House offers breakfast with characters...not sure about the other meals though.
