Tusker House 2:55 pm - question

We have a 2:55 ROL pkg....looking at the serving hours, lunch is until 3:30 pm; dinner beings at 4 pm. With a 2:55 time...
1. Will the characters still be there and engaging?
2. Will we be charged for lunch or dinner (if we are there past 4 pm-but hopefully not still there at 4)?
3. Will the food somehow be stopped at 3:30?
4. Will it be crowded at this odd time?
5. What am I not considering?

1. Yes.
2. Lunch at the package rate.
3. No.
4. It will be pretty full throughout.
5. Lunch and dinner no longer really switch over, so the kitchen turnover is minimal.
