Tuscan Ridge villas

Has anyone stayed at this new development on the US27? We're seriously considering a villa for the final week of our trip next January and, from what I can tell, many of these homes have two identical master suites which will be ideal for us.

We have also considered staying here for next years trip all the villas look very nice.
This year we stayed at Calabay Parc (lovely villa near to Tuscan Ridge) but felt it was a little far out for us....made it difficult to pop back for an hour or so. I suppose it depends on what you want from your week......
