Tuscan Hills is a mix of detached homes and courtyard style ones .Apparently the courtyard ones have a smaller pool deck area and the parking can be a bit tight according to spme people that have stayed there.
It is in a good position on Florence Villa Grove Road and you are only 1/2 mile away from Berry Town Centre where there is a Publix supermarket ,Applebees and a few other eating places including an English Fish and chip bar.It is also just 1 1/2 miles from Cagan Crossings where you will find Wal Mart ,Chilis and a new restaurant - Santa Fe .
You can use Westside Blvd to get to the 192 by turning right out of TH ,following the road to the x roads and turning left which will bring you to 192 .From there you can go Sherberth Road , the 429 or continue along 192 to World Drive to get ot Disney.
There are traffic lights at 27/Florence Villa Grove Road which makes turning onto or from 27 much easier than it has been for the past 12 years.
