Turtle Talk with Crush

Turtle Talk is one of the things I am really looking forward to on our upcoming trip (next week ). I love Crush and I know that our DD5 will think the show is awesome! Can't wait!

Crush asked to speak to the "little dude in the striped shirt"....one of my sons. I think my son was paralyzed, as his 12 year old cousin kept feeding him responses back to Crush as he asked where he lived and who brought him to Disney. Crush talked then to my husband (one of the "parental units") and had him talking very Crush-like. Definitely a highlight to our trip!

Everybody loved it! Crush picked a kid who only spoke Spanish, and he started trying to talk in Spanish. The whole place was cracking up. And as we were leaving, a dad was talking to the CM, asking if there was a camera in the room that lets Crush see, and the CM said "No sir, it's Disney Magic." Then the dad would say, "No, really... is it a camera, or someone in the back, or what?" The CM would say again, "No sir, it's just Disney Magic." The dad was getting sort of ticked off. I bet the CM said "It's just Disney Magic" 6 or 8 times.

Crush is fantastic! That is a must for us!!

We loved it! And I can't wait to do it again in 3 weeks!

Can't wait to do this again, either. My DS7 got to talk to Crush- he was so excited. The funniest thing that happened, though, involved another little boy in the room. Crush asked for "questions" and the little boy said, "Turtles like to eat octopusses." (just like that- it was so cute) Crush paused for minute, and then said, "Dude, are we playing Jeopardy?" Everybody cracked up, and that became our mantra for the rest of the trip. If you even mention Crush to my DS7 & DD3 they immediately respond with the Jeopardy line.
